Prayer Partners are a vital part of the work of HCJB Global. None of our ministries or missionaries could function effectively without the backing of prayer.

General Prayer Points

• Many missionaries work in dangerous situations. Pray for their physical safety.
• The enemy hates to see God's people at work and God's purposes being worked out. Pray for protection from spiritual attacks as well as physical dangers.
• Missionaries are not exempt from the pressures of daily life on their families and marriages. Pray that spouses will make time for each other and parents for their children.
• There may sometimes be overwhelming demands on missionaries' time. They may be surrounded by urgent needs and be made to feel that they are personally responsible for fulfilling them all. Pray for wisdom in time management and prioritising.
• Pray that all decisions that are made by individuals and committees are guided by God and for His glory.
• Both the missionaries and the ministries of HCJB Global are reliant on the financial gifts of supporters. Pray that God will supply all that is needed to enable missionaries to devote their time to His service, and for the many opportunities that exist to develop HCJB Global's ministries to be realised.
• There are always more opportunities for ministry than people to fulfil them. Pray that people will be open to God's calling on their lives.

Informing your prayers

All prayer is valuable, but by being informed, you can pray specifically for current needs. There are a variety of sources of information available.

Wavelength is a colour magazine produced four times a year by HCJB Global in the UK, and includes articles and information about HCJB Global's ministries worldwide.

Prayer Guidelines is sent out every month by post or email. It contains up-to-date, specific prayer points from each of the British missionaries.

Prayer letters: Every HCJB Global missionary produces their own personal Prayer News. This will include information on their area of ministry and also family and personal news and points for prayer.

Regional Prayer Groups meet in some towns in the UK and Northern Ireland to pray specifically for HCJB Global. If there isn't one near you, why not start one?
